What credit score do I need?
Most lenders require 500+ though better scores get better rates. We work with a panel including those who specialise in non-standard applications. Checking eligibility won’t affect your score.
What interest rate will I get?
Rates typically range from 6.99% to 19.99% p.a. depending on your credit profile. The calculator above uses 8.9% as indicative. Trevor works to get you the best available rate.
How long does approval take?
Approval times vary depending on the lender, application details and individual circumstances. Some applications may receive a prompt response during business hours, while others require additional information before a decision can be made.
Can I finance accessories and lessons too?
Yes. Finance your complete setup — board, foil wings, charger, carry bag, safety gear, and lessons — all in one loan. One repayment, everything included.
Is there a minimum or maximum loan amount?
Most lenders work with $5,000 to $50,000 for personal use. Higher limits available for business finance. Contact Trevor to discuss your situation.
Can I pay it out early?
Yes, most lending partners allow early payout with minimal or no penalty. Always confirm this when your finance is arranged.
Do I need to be employed?
You need to demonstrate serviceability — the ability to make repayments. This can include PAYG employment, self-employment, or other regular income.
Is my eFoil used as security?
Personal loans are typically unsecured, meaning your eFoil is not used as security. Your board is genuinely yours from day one.
